A Tale of Three Kings: A Study in Brokenness by Gene Edwards ★★★★★

412kpvmztpl-_sx331_bo1204203200_One of my favorite books of all time. A true gut-wrenching classic. The story illustrates brokenness beautifully and really puts everything in the right perspective. Western culture, in all its power-struggle problems, desperately needs more story based lessons like this!

It is a study into the lives of three men: the biblical figures of David, Saul, and Absalom. What can we do when we experience battles with our own ranks? With those whom we thought were on our side? How do we handle such painful moments?

“For the many Christians who have experienced pain, loss, and heartache at the hands of other believers, this compelling story offers comfort, healing, and hope. Christian leaders and directors of religious movements throughout the world have recommended this simple, powerful, and beautiful story to their members and staff. You will want to join the thousands who have been profoundly touched by this incomparable story.”
